Grokking a bit more about the current economical crisis i came to rather odd conclusions

1.
There is an overproduction of people not capable to produce anything valuable.
The whole generation or two plagued by this disease. Not sure there was such situation anywhere in the past.
2.
Slightly off topic, but if you see this as a chain of "non-actions" you will see my point. In the best scenario the first man on Mars will arrive not sooner 2020. The step from Moon to Mars would take roughly 50 years. I wonder how future historians would try to explain such a long stretch.
